What to share

The PDF has the room plan on the first page, then every table with its guests, then an A–Z guest list.

Sends from the venue's email address. Replies come back to you.

Add an event

Team

Staff on this list see every event. Add a colleague's work email, then ask them to open the planner and choose “First time? Create your login”.

Your events

To give a couple access, add their email under Couple access on their event, then send them the event's link. They sign in with a link we email them and only ever see their own event.
